This is the inviation from our Chinese partners:

“It is with great pleasure that I write to invite you to the 2019 National Science Week of China- Belt and Road International Science Platform to be held in the third week of May in Beijing. The National Science Week of China, established by the Chinese government in 2001, is the largest science festival in China celebrating the roles that science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) play in shaping people’s lives and sculpting our future.

Beijing International Science and Technology Service Center (BISSC) has been working as one of the important organizers for the International Science Exhibition Section for 14 years running. BISSC aims to introduce interesting and quality science interactive exhibitions and programs to the Chinese audience. We are impressed with your work in the field of science-popularization and believe that your participation will be a distinguished addition to the National Science Week of China.

We hope that an exhibition booth on science-popularization could be organized for your institute at the 2019 National Science Week of China, and further detailed suggestions could be found in the invitation letter enclosed here. Please note that the size of your team should be no more than 5 members. The organizer shall cover the expenses of all members’ International round-trip air tickets, lodging, and necessary costs for organizing your exhibition and activities. Some Pictures of the event are also attached as below for your reference.

You can get more information about the event from the brochure. Here is the link:https://www.dropbox.com/s/yib2iv5tk0nbp84/Introduction%20-%20The%20National%20Science%20Week%20of%20China.pdf?dl=0

In addition, we are currently building an online platform for the Chinese public to access international science-popularizing instruments and materials. Should your institute be interested in bringing relevant products or educational contents (such as training courses) to China, please feel free to explore the ideas with us.

Should you have any further questions or needs, please feel free to contact us by this email address. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Regards

Alex Liu”
