The EU STEM Coalition is a network of national STEM platforms: organisations tasked with the coordination and implementation of national and regional STEM strategies. The main goal of the network of to facilitate best practice sharing and support the development of new STEM strategies and implementation programmes. The EU STEM Coalition is financially supported by the European Union and was included in various high-level strategies and agendas of the European Commission, including the Communication on a Renewed EU Agenda for Higher Education (2017), the Digital Education Action Plan (2020), and the Communication on Achieving the European Education Area by 2025 (2020).
