Benefits

Benefits

Preparations

As stated above, very little preparation is necessary to run an idea competition, just a means for people to share their ideas, a way to monitor suggestions, and a criterion for how to judge these ideas. It is important to stick to this judging criterion through the event, to ensure fairness. Before the event takes place, a suitable prized should be decided upon, the available prize should be announced before the event takes place.
