UniverCity is an interdisciplinary and cross-institutional knowledge network and lives the idea of ​​collective impact. Each partner uses their own strengths specifically for the common cause. We provide impulses for an open culture of innovation and transfer in science, business, administration and urban society - in the spirit of knowledge-based urban development. We create the best conditions for science, research and education locally and strengthen the knowledge city of Bochum. Thereby we are guided by the Bochum formula: knowledge - change - togetherness. Because we are convinced: Together we can achieve more than alone. Included are the city of Bochum, seven universities represented in Bochum, three non-university research institutions, Bochum Economic Development, Bochum Marketing, the IHK and the AKAFÖ.
