The Swedish Research Council is Sweden’s largest governmental research funding body and supports research of the highest quality in all scientific fields. We advise the Government on research policy and work to ensure that research benefit society. The Council also has a national mandate to be responsible for coordinating communication about research and research results. We create prerequisites for science communication, fund activities and collaboration projects with other organisations, and conduct various events.
