Vienna University Children’s Office is a non-profit spin-off from the University of Vienna. With 50 professional staff from a plenitude of academic backgrounds, we have been operating in early STEAM engagement, digital and media literacy, climate and environmental education and democracy education since 2003. Situated on the overlapping edges of formal and non-formal education, our fundamental principles refer to educational opportunities and first generation, diversity and inclusion and critical thinking. Since 2010 we are the coordination office of the European Children’s University Network (eucu.net) with 70 institutional members from 37 countries.
