I hold a Master’s degree in Science Communication and Innovation from the University of Trento. Before that, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and Marketing from London Metropolitan University and completed an MBA within the global advertising network Ogilvy.

In recent years, my professional focus has been on communication management in innovative and research environments. Last year, I founded Inštitut Kontekst, an Institute for Science Communication, where we provide strategic consulting, training, and support for science communication, research dissemination, and science diplomacy. At Kontekst Svetovanje, I specialize in developing tailored communication strategies for research institutions, universities, companies, and policymakers, helping them bridge the gap between science, innovation, and society.

I am a member of the advisory board of the ERC project Frontiers, which supports the development of science journalism and journalist mobility within EU research organizations. Additionally, I am part of the COALESCE project, coordinated by the University of Venice, which aims to establish a Science Communication Academy. I am also a member of the international network PCST.

By invitation of the European Commission, I have been appointed to a working group advising the Commission on science diplomacy. I also provide strategic guidance for EU-funded projects and work closely with international partners to strengthen the visibility and impact of scientific research.

As an expert in science communication consultancy in Slovenia and the region, offering workshops, public speaking training, and consulting on research impact, dissemination, and engagement strategies. My mission is to empower scientists, institutions, and companies to communicate their work effectively, ensuring that groundbreaking research reaches the public, policymakers, and key stakeholders.
